The Lagos State Printing Corporation (LSPC) in conjuction with Bricks homes on Wednesday commissioned the Ikeja Town Square in Lagos.
Ikeja Town Hall was built by Bindingenous Real Estate Development and Consultancy company (BRICS), an organization based in Ikeja Lagos.
According to BRICS, Ikeja Town square is an Iconic addition to the boisterous central business district that affords contemporary mixed -use commercial development comprising premium retail stores and office space.
It’s an investment that offers strong capital appreciation, great returns which enable a veritable connecting platform with clients and customers while affording unique statement to brands.
Many of its features are, steady power supply, 24 hours security service, elevator to all the floors, internet facilities, spacious car park and many more.
Addressing the gathering, Lanre Obisesan, MD/CEO Brickhomes, noted that the organization deliver value to clents through a combination of rigorous analysis, project conception and execution.
Similarly, the occasion was also seized to launch Heidelberg speedmaster, CX104-5+L, a large printing machine that can serve many purposes including printing of materials in quantum.
Some of the features of the Heidelberg speedmaster, include offset printing, 3D Gigital Kodak Nexpress printing, Event Banner, Brochure and AGM report, Exercise books, Large format digital printing . Heat Transfer, prees-mug, Caps, T-shirt etc.
Speaking at the event, the general manager of LSPC, Hon. Kolawole Pelegrinno said the establishment came into being in 1971 as Federal Government project that served as division under the Ministry of Information and tourism for 15 years.
He added that the printing section engaged in the production of books, documents, Driver examinations paper, Receipts, stationeries etc.
